Nice... How did you run the cables for the footwell lights?

i soldered two wires onto the interior light and ran them down the pillar and under the dash and bought two number plate globe holders from a wrecker off a falcon wagon and they push straight in and hey presto. a great effect! ( looks much better at night than the picture shows)

Looks good!

I'll have to try this out on the XR5 soon enough.
Im getting tired of searching the back of the car with a torch!

Default Cargo net mounting

Love the boot lights! But tell me, how have you anchored the cargo net to the rear trim screws. I replaced the screws with cup hooks, doesn't look as neat as yours!

I thought there were plastic hooks to hang the cargo net?

Nah.. the plastic hooks are for plastic shopping bags ...
I tried that but the net keeps slipping off the plastic hooks
The cargo net is anchored slightly to the rear of the hooks, where the plastic trim screws are.

i attached my cargo net to the shopping bag hooks and cable ties to hold it there. can't be easily removed but i don't often need to remove it.

Having a look here:

Could it hang onto the metal bars right in the top corners of the boot

Just an idea
