Default Ford Focus 2003 exhaust hangers 2 L Hatch Auto

Have a knock which comes from under the car when going over poor asphalt roads - figure it is the exhaut hangerrubbers which are original being to old and streteched.
Repco, Supercheap and Autobarn dont seem to list the Focus hangers - but they all have a generic type with two holes top and bottom. When you look up hangers on brith ebay they have one hole and a wedge shape. Do the generic types with two round holes fit ?

thanks

I suspect you could get away with them easily enough. Might not hurt to check in the Ford parts thread to see if the original ones are still available.

Thanks - my german made focus is 2003 but right on the change to the 2004 - in theroy both models have the same rubbers. will put it on ramps over the weekend and look at the rubber hangers used. The pops list a after market. its a rectangular lug at the top that slides into a groove and a hole at the bottom
