There are some VE SS going for low to mid 20ks, that's not bad value?

Or even this Merc E55 AMGs (runs 11s)

Yes Series 1 VE SS is probably best bang for buck in terms of v8's right now

Harder to find one that hasnt had ten shades of **** beaten out of it though..

As for the E55 , repairable write offs are the lepers' of the car world

Yes probably true although the VL turbo was a fairly short production run whereas the Falcon turbos spread across 14 years or so

Missed that part, I didn't scroll down that far. Just watched the dyno and the 1/4 mile run haha. Its a beast though, and would probably still drive straight.

Whilst i do agree with that.
Later model turbo falcons are slim pickings also which is another factor, a lot to do with they didnt sell well either.
