Try spraying some thing like WD40 on it?
That must be one stubborn fuse.

Not sure which type of fuse you have, but some slow blow fuses are actually bolted in

The ones under the dash should just pull out with the little plier tool provided
Some of the hi ampage ones in the fuse box under the engine are bolted in, a short 10mm bolt goes through the prongs of the fuse from memory You have to lever fuse panel out of the box part and you can then access the bolts, there are 3 or 4 points you must click out so you can lift the fuses up out of the box |

very helpful thank you guys, thought they may have been secured from below, can anyone tell me if they are a fuseable link type fuse or the same as the ignition fuse so i can have the right one when i pull the box out. thanks
