Just curious what the sizing of the rivet is in the door lock actuator?
And where to get such a rivet in South Australia or just Australia in general. |

Here are all the parts of the front door locking system of a LS LT Focus. I don't see what rivet(s) you are referring to? Can you identify what you need.

Cause supposedly its the "Ford N808594-S100", but can only find them from America and in 25 packs and shipping cost like $40 Edit: its also the LHR door lock if that makes any difference, and doesnt have the stick bit (22134B) Last edited by TristanAvery; 13-11-2020 at 05:31 PM. Here are the rear door lock components:
LS LT Focus Rear Door Locks.JPG As for part number N808594-S100, that was used here in the 2000-2002 Tickford Converted Mustang that held the handbrake bracket to the floor. Obsolete from Ford, I believe its a 6.4 blind rivet. So go to any fastener place and they should be able to help as per example below. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Qty-25-D...UAAOSwkXdd8wgo |

An update (bit late).
The ones I bought of ebay, way too big. Cant remember the size i ended up using, but came with the rivet gun as a set (you know the ones where you get a bunch of sizes) just had to drill the hole a teeny bit larger. Door now locks with the rest of them |
