Cheers.
Renz.
The UK had a twin turbo diesel. From memory, they produced 207HP & 450NM.
The Superchips tune for the AU Mondeo diesel takes it to 224HP & 477NM, and yer, I'm still loving it !

How do you find the advertised economy benefits? It looks good for the increase in performance but if it does live up to the economy savings then it probably isn't a bad deal for $700

Keep an eye on their website for specials. I got mine for $625.
Have found no change to the fuel economy, despite Superchips claiming you'll save up to 10%.
Still a great investment though, as I've got the gains without using extra fuel. My overall economy after 34,000 k's is sitting at a flat 6.0L per 100.
Have to admit I am driving it a bit harder these days.
Had to drive my state managers (untuned Titanium) hatch recently. My Trend would blow his away.

.
The $700 seems to be the current special, though I wonder if it is the kind of product that is always on a special of some kind?

I also wonder if the tune for my 18 Mondeo diesel is going to be the same as the one for my 17 escape considering they are running the same engine?

Yes, they appear to be always offered at a discount, but the discount level does change from time to time.
Just checked their website, and yes, it is the same tune.

Well if I can use the same tune on 2 cars then it is looking to be a much better deal than before.

That would be the ideal situation, but unfortunately it doesn't work like that.
The tune can only be uploaded to one VIN.
Once you own the Bluefin device, ongoing tunes are discounted up to 40%, so still a much better deal if you intend to do two tunes.
My comments are based on dealing with the Superchips AU rep when I purchased mine last year.
Would hope this info is still correct.
