Thats from this thread... shall I go into other threads? How about onto other forums like fordmods?

We'll let the dragstrip deceide the facts in the end I think. Given you have a V8 that shouldnt be too much of a concern would it?

You might also notice that no "facts" were injured in the move, the thread about the airbox continues on unabated in the Ford 6 forums. But lets not let that fact get in the way of a cheap shot huh?

Well I apologise if it seemed like a 'cheap shot', although there has been worse thrown around in this thread.

I don't know if you are aware, AU V8's and E-Series V8's are mostly the same, so of course I'm interested when G&D claimed 10-12rwkw improvement on AU V8's, I asked a couple of questions about the product, didn't get either of them answered, and found out they aren't available for E-Series Falcons.

Like I said earlier, I was genuinely interested in the airbox, but after this thread, I will never be buying a G&D product.

Casper, so what number of mods will be on the car when you take it to the track? What ET and MPH numbers will you be aiming for...?

It got its very own thread so it was not dragged all over the place. Another cheap shot totally devoid of fact..

and with that I think this thread is no longer needed. It has basically been called useless, eltist and technically shallow.
You may all go play in the Ford 6 area to discuss the airbox till your heads implode with reasons why it couldnt work. I think Aaron_EF8's sig says it best.. "Just because you don't understand something, does not make it wrong"
As for the rest of my mods, I'll think about posting them up when they are done.. and possibly after we do an ET and get a MPH to support it. That way you can all have another round of "it cant work" fun and games .... while I just have fun.

Sorry to all those that wanted to know but I'm afraid that its just too much effort to try and actually post this stuff up and spend hours being grilled on it.
