The only thing edit can't do is be tuned in real time on a dyno as there are no scan tools available, and you can't adjust things while the car is running. You have to ramp it up, log everything, post analyse it and have a guess at what needs to be changed, make the change, then reupload the car and ramp it up again and post analyse it. Takes a few goes, and is never perfect.

This other software only needs to be able to tune the ECU in real time (like the LS1/2 edit) and it will be enough to make edit obsolete. Otherwise its not helping anyone.
