G'day all,
Now, my wagon's sunglasses holder, the piece that contains the sunnies, was broken years ago and lost. There's a car that has an intact one, and I'd be keen to grab just that piece if I can remove and install it into my wagon without dropping the roof lining etc to get the whole unit out. Wondered if anyone has done this before, and/or has any tips for me? Thanks, |

Easy. Will take you all of 2 minutes. From memory, the 'hatch' or whatever you call it that drops down is only held in by two clips, which you can press in or something at the hinge point. I have done it multiple times. I don't even think there are any screws.
Just have a butchers at it, it becomes pretty self-evident pretty quickly iirc.

When you remove the good drop down section be careful not to break the hinges
otherwise you will be back where you started with a broken holder UK. I have a practice at the wreckers just to remond myslef how to do it Uk

Found myself an intact one, and yep, easy to pull out without damage, and it lives in the wagon now!
Cheers guys! |
