Default First Service Experience

Took my Mondeo for its first checkup (3000km) and was pleasently surprised by the service. They even fixed up the transmission issue where the car would die for up to10 seconds before gathering itself back up. So far so good anyway.

It's great you've had a good experience.

They certainly should have fixed the tranny issue. That much is certain. Mondeo, Focus and the like will become bread and butter for Ford in the future, so they surely need to look after such owners.

Cheers,
