I think the leagle limit for lowering a car in Victoria is 10cm, is this correct?

You mean on a flat piece of road, the minimal clearance is 100mm

The way the police measure E-Series ride heights is from the top of the guard to the centre of the wheel hub/spigot.

In SA at least (it should the same for every state) its 350mm at the front and 340mm at the rear.

when its a spot check, its a 100mm clearance.
cops will check from anywhere, but there are rules as to where it has to be checked to do with being within a certain distance from an axle.

coke can is taller then 100mm, they use a 100mm diametre wheel on a stick or similar.

Up here in sunny qld it's 100mm clearance underneath,

In reply to the first post, use shorter boge shocks and not monroe's even with king lows, and not just supalow.

Every time I've heard the 100mm rule, it also says the car has to retain 2/3 of the factory suspension travel. I'm guessing this doesn't apply in Victoria or Queensland any more?
