Default Ford Focus Vignale

Hey guys,

Ford have recently TM'ed the model "VIGNALE" (TM 1444566).

The name may sound familiar with the 2004 concept showed off way back then:

The TM may simply be exactly that and no more, or it may be an indication of an upcoming release.

i'm not really into convertables (too cold here) but a focus drop top would be a winner.

I don't mind the old Focus droptops. They seem to be a hell of a lot more feature loaded than the equivalent sedan/hatch models.

I read somewhere that performance was pretty ordinary though, they kept the same motor/driveline with a car that weighed a heap more.

Now - an XR5 droptop - THAT'S what I'd like to see!

+1

I think also the Focus CC was rather expensive compared to its rivals due to many of the features. (Maybe make the features an optional extra to bring the base cost down)
