The ACMA and UHF CB Australia today confirmed that the new UHF CB radio class licence is now officially in force meaning that UHF CB radio operators now have access to the newly revised 80 channel allocation

Interesting. This is the reason why some UHF's have dropped in price.
The 80ch ones now ask a pretty penny. Still, not keen on the possible interference issues that come with the closer frequency steps. Ill be buying an incar UHF in the coming months so not sure exactly which way to head hmm
