Nope BJ Cal/oztraks work nothing like these at all.
The closest thing to these are the XA-XD over axle type tramp arms. The cal/oz bars are more akin to a slapper bar than these ones. And are nearly as effective as a 4link. The above ones in your link connect to the chassis at the front not the springs.
