Default To stripe or not to stripe?

Well, I've finally got someone to finish bertha's paint job off after an arduous year of getting little done with a mate....She is Moody Blue metallic and I think that a pinstripe of some sort (not orange) will break up the side profile a little.

However, I am toying with the idea of two thick, almost cobra-esque stripes over the whole car also in silver. I hate the idea of "fake" or lookalike cars (note: only my opinion!) but heaps of other muscle cars had these big stripes down them.

I just thought that I'd see if anyone had any good advice or particularly strong opinions on the matter!
Any thoughts are welcome!

actually two "cobra like" stripes in silver would look pretty hot.

What part of Sydney are they in? I am in the Hornsby/Wahroonga area but travel all over Sydney. I'll look out for them!
