yea i took my sisters laser 1987 kc apart and im gonna clean prep and paint the plastics and carpets, get an upholstry dude to put new coverings over chairs etc, but my problem is the door trim, how do i take off the window winder handle, its stopping me from taking the door trim off :( cheers

There is a circlip holding the handle in.

yea i seen that just pull it off so to speak? its kinda like a c shape right, so i would just slip off?

Get a flathead screwdriver, place it under the little clip and pop it out. It's a pain in the **** the first time when you don't know what you're doing!

Hi, it's a horse shoe shaped clip . Just get a thin strip of rag, put it over and behind the handle and pull one side. The rag catches the end of the clip and pulls it out. Have a look first to see how the clip is positioned. Chrisshu
