Default How do I remove these?

Time to do some more subtle mods now...debadge etc. But I was wondering if the side bump strips could be removed? And what is underneath them - any guide holes etc?

For what it's worth you've already got them colour coded so i.m.h.o. I'd just leave them on the car. Your Focus looks pretty cool as it is.

I know on the LR it is a long indent plus guide holes. Not pretty :

If I was removing them, I'd remove a door trim frist to see whether there are screws holding these in place. Just to save yourself a headache

Our LS has the side moulding strips but our LT does not. Maybe a cost cutting feature?

Yep its true. the LT's don't have the strips. Personlly I think the side of the car looks like it is missing something so I'd prefer to leave them on.
