I had quite a few 'private' photos and messages on my N70 that I lost at the beginning of the year. It's horrible knowing someone else is seeing into your personal life. Ah well!!

Different story if it was his phone being upgraded.
Women never blame themselves. Its HIS fault he handed the phone over without being sure the data was erased. HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.
Now her assetts have been seen by whoever and no doubt would be the subject of weeks of party jokes by the phone co. people who discovered them still on the phone. And of course they know who it is........

You know.. its probably not even that bad. When I used to work at a phone place and we got a batch of phones in from people who upgraded to a newer model, we just throw them on the computer for a software upgrade. On most models it wipes the memory.

We'd get like... 150-300 phones in at one hit. I'd seriously doubt the shop people would look through it anyway. Do you know how many phones they get in a day? HEAPS!

I had a similar stuff up.
My wife and I made a few home porno's with our new video camera.
So when it came time to back them up I copied the onto the end of 2 porno's that I had in our collection( me thinking this was the best place to hide our video). All was good until one saturday night after
getting home my wife tells me she lent some of our videos to her girlfriend who was having a big party that night.
Then she saw the shocked look on my face as I raced to the bedroom to check if she had given them above said tape and yes it was gone. Then I told her what she had done.
Next thing it was my fault and she tells me I had to rush out to the party and retrieve our video.
But you guessed it before I even got to the door our mobile and home phones were ringing ,our friends at the party justed wanted give us their congratulations on our great videos.
The worst part was all they guys that sniffed around my wife for the months
after that.

Also found out later that one guy managed to get a copy made before I got there to get the tapes. And showed it to all his mates at another party. Boy did I give it to him
when I caught up with him.,he gave me the copied tape, but not before a lot of people saw it.

id say the smart thing to do when passing phones on would be to do a 'master reset'.
