Shaun I've seen some SVO EBs before. -jjM- & I jizzed at one in particular we saw in a petrol station near his & Pat's place.

I've also seen an SVO EF, and there's SVO ELs too I think.

Dunno bloke, maybe wait for Gunns or another SVO expert (Mick Webb if he's on these forums? Since it's his company & all) can confirm?

Theres a white EF/L (i don't bother to distinguish) in Geelong with SVO badges on it. I just thought it was a mockup-wannabe

Wasn't there a genuine SVO EB in the club before? I think it belonged to waldragon or something like that. It was a 2-tone red over grey with a custom front bumper

The one Joe & I saw was everglade or peacock, it had low-series bumpers, amber indicators, but SVO rims, badges, and I think the grille was different?

It was a 5.0 :

Pretty sure that was an EA, a damn fine one at that; the kit was/is wild.

From what I know, most EA's are legit, there might have been a couple of EB's at max, no ED's AFAIK, EF's not 100%, but there were definitely EL's in XR8 guise.

IMO only the EA's and EL's were proper SVO's. Every other "SVO" I have seen is a bitsa. It needs more than a badge and some rims to be a proper SVO.

I mean people claim to have XF SVO's (although there is one full house one on these forums), even XG's! I almost brought a red XH "SVO" on carsales but the guy was dreaming with his price, that was a 5.0L aswell.

I know there were EL SVOs built by Southside Ford in Qld and not Mick Webb. They were based on XR8s and 5L Fairmont Ghias. There was also a dealership in NZ building SVO badges EF/EL falcons as well.

Whether Mick Webb worked on them or not I dont know. But EL SVO's are most definitely REAL. I have a motor magazine here comparing it to a WRX and a CSV. Needless to say it gets owned.

Also if you do a search in the for sale section a guy n QLD was selling one a while ago, it was red or burgundy from memory.

I assume there is confusion with the EL's as "SVO" is also a Ford brand name mainly used in the states. I think they are SVT now or something (same thing anyway).
