Default There's some real idiots on the road

We were heading to Cranbourne around a week ago and we were waiting to turn onto a main road and some retard drives up and hits us then honks her horn (more of a nudge but the cars made contact).

I then get out to check the damage luckily there's none.

I get back in the car and instantly she starts honking her horn so I turn around and she's shaking her fist and giving me the finger so I start swearing back and ****.

While that's happening mum turns round the corner and gets off the road waiting for her to coem and pull over. She just *** drives off (which is illegal after being hit).

Now this is a $65 000 car that we had to wait 6 whole years to afford and this ***** just has no respect for others property at all.

Funny thing is I know who this ***** is, she goes to my brothers primary school and they saw her yesterday and her car now had huge damage on the bonnet.

How does the hoon list system work? Do I just tell them her number plate number and her actions???

Since I can encounter this car again I'm thinking of damaging it somehow, but since her cars wrecked at the front I doubt she'll care.

Retards like this never learn unless something of their own is damaged.
Even if she still doesnt get it it'd make me feel a hell of a lot better!!!

What would you do in this situation.

Some VY was parked right up against the front of my EL at the shopping centre the other day, I left and abusive note on the windscreen to learn 'em good.

The other week some dipshit hit my EL up the **** but luckily didn't do any damage. It's one of those things where you just kind of go "don't worry about it" even though you want to crack out the tyre iron.

Yeah.

The thing is with this is that she hit us intentionally.

When my mum saw her yesterday at the school she heard her say "this car is a piece of ****" (having no respect for her car).

This ***** is driving around hitting people to hurry them up cause she doesn't care about her own car.

These people are worse than those who accidentily do it.

Ah mate, thats a bit more serious than hooning. Go to your local and file a report so its all official.

Definately. Report everything you see. If anything, I've learned over the last couple of years that the way to combat evil people is to get as much legal ammo as possible. My brother didn't do it, and is still being completely screwed right into the Earth. My brother in-law documented and reported absolutely everything, and he totally has the upper hand, because the evil party has nothing. It's all about evidence.

That be road rage and failing to stop after an accident and leaving the scene of an accident, all of which are at the upper end of driving offences, not hooning. I'd suggest going down to the local Police and telling them all you know including the primary school bit.

i'd be going to the cops with all your info, then maybe send through a letter to EPA informing that her car is blowing alot of smoke, and that should upset her when they hit her with the test fees and defect notice... Or (illigal option) follow the car home, put it on block and sell her wheels on ebay???
