Hi all. I've got and EL Fairmont Ghia and have a problem with my power mirror on the drivers side. It will tilt left, right and up but not down. Can this be fixed or do I have to buy a complete mirror? I'm putting it in for roadworthy on Tuesday and am not sure if they will fail it or not.

might have a snapped gear that moves the mirror. a new mirror from ford is like 180 bucks plus painting if yours are not black. such a rip.
best bet go to a wreckers and as for the rego inspection youll have to get a really strict inspector to even test it let alone fail you for it |
