Hay guys my el shifts down hard n jst recently strtded to shft up hard evry so often ny thoughts on maybe solenloids orvavlve body u thnk yhnks

In english please? Do you mean the gear shifts are hard? Sounds like the S5 solenoid - will need to be checked by an auto trans specialist though.
