Ok, so let me get this right.

I want a 12mm spacer, no larger or it wont fit??
And they come with bolts??
And I wanna be real careful doing it up?

Is that all?

Oh and where else can I get them... BPT, HPW (I couldnt find it), Preferably somewhere in Australia lol

You get a bit more torque out of the motor, not to much but the temp difference is about 20 to 25 degrees loer on the upper.

I noticed zero difference when I fitted one to mine.

...not to say there wasn't a difference, just buggered if I could notice it.

Yes you want to be careful doing them up as if you do them up to tight you can actually crack the ends off the lower manifold. Just do them up evenly from the centre out and not to tight and it will be fine.

With the Power you car is putting out, maybe not.The torque when you give the motor heaps pushes the ICS up onto the bonnet liner then after awhile into the bonnet. This is what happened to me so I changed the bonnet to one with the bulge in it and problem solved.
