anyone here play online poker and win, just lost a big pot and cant believe it, blinds are $2 and $4 i am raise to $25 with my pocket aces i get reraised by the dude next to me with his k8 to $50 the guy next to him calls with a a3 clubs i reraise agin to $150 they all call, flop is 827 one club, i go all in both call turn is 4 of clubs and river is jack of clubs, bull **** the stupid player iwht the a3 wins a $1300 pot with that crap coudlnt believe it RRRRRRRR, anyone else here gets smashed on online poker, i only put $50 i win for a while them BANG gets taken out by a wan ker

i been watching world poker tour a fair bit, trying to get the jist of how to play... damn some of those guys are good.....

Then i put to you that your only still in B grade, to gamble like a pro , loosing is part of it and it should never even phase you.

Any player / gambler knows these things happen and is part of the process, and it's your overall outcome that counts, not one hand, not one day, one week or even a month.

Finally if you can't afford to loose it don't play it's that simple.

i way in front, i play alot of home games and also the casino, also play the npl and apl and do very good, just cant do any good online, get smashed

i play online "holdem poker.com" and i also am a regualr at star city casino...

learn your hand ranking and watch whats on the board.....

play the play tables alot before you risk real monies.....

Cool there is a poker crowd here.. I play APL too and got severely owned at the District finals last season :( ....
I generally practice on pokerroom.com and haven't as yet put real money in!
Love to play those sit and go tournaments at crown too, but haven't won yet. Still its all in good fun... If you cant have fun playing it, then dont!

I used to play APL pretty regularly, but because of work I barely make it anymore. Best result was finishing 8th out of 140.

I play online using the free play - got my balance from $1000 to $1400, you just seem to have better days some times, they other option is to play on the cheaper tables, to make the money you have go further

Mate save yourself the "real money" and go play at a pub or club - free entry and if you're good (or really freaking lucky) and win you get some pretty cool prizes and you acrue points to play at regionals...

I feel your pain though - made last table on wednesday night dealt 9hrt Ace Hrt, flopped hearts flush Ace high (6 hrt, Jck Hrt, 8 Hrt)... raised $1000, 2 people make the call - turn was 8 Clubs - We all Check, River 2 Spade - I raise - All In, Next guy Calls - Girl calls - On show I lay down and say Hearts flush Ace high - beat the next guy hearts flush queen high - he spews - another guy is ready to push the chips over to me, and the girl says oh hang on, I got full house!! AARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!

Frustrated the hell out of me... But at least I had fun!!

Back at it this sunday though!!

yeah i play alot with apl and have won a few tournaments and was venue winner last season, i go to the crown and play the sit and go and always make it in the money, i just get smashed online, ******** seem to call anything online, they have no respect for a bet, just ruins a good games when u get thoses idiots that call anything and they beat you with the shittest hands, oh well what can you do
