um, it looks more like a GSXR motor of a suzuki. I would guess a GSXR1000 motor.
Either way cool vid, would be great fun to play with!

For sure ;) , they even have GSXR painted next to the shifter on the floor pan .

I was actually thinking of puting an rgv250 motor in a go-cart / with the gears, i think that clip gave me an idea of how it would go sorta .. hehehe :

Someone's put a GSX-R1100 into a kart over in Germany, I have the video at home somewhere. From memory they it's called the Gixxerkart. I guess a search of Google would find it. Basically they extended the frame of a shifter kart to make it fit. I definitely have photo's at home, will post when I get the chance

there is a mob over in england that build complete kits for the smart car to install the gsxr motor and box with brake upgrades new cradle for the motor, the whole kit and kaboodle, it costs about 9000 pounds but you get a 12 sec smart car out of it, but what would be funny is if you get that kit and put a hairdryer on it or a shot or two of nos!
