Default XR50 front bar for a S3 AU

I know this is probably one of the dumbest Qs ill ever ask but will an XR50 front bar fit on an xls series 3 ute? Im not particularly fond of the headlight covers that are on the XR's, will this also be a problem?

I just want clarification before i go ordering it.. expensive mistake to make

Thanks in advance

The bar will fit you ute. The XR50 bar is complete and fits all series AU falcons. You can't get it with out the XR light section. They are moulded together. So it's all or none.

Why not try the TS50 front bar. You can keep your existing lights and as far as I know, you don't need to change the bonnet. With the XR50 front, you need a low series bonnet and if the XLS is a high series bonnet, then the TS50 front bar will fit straight on. No mucking about required

Falkeen can clarify this for you

All utes have low series bonnet, so if you go TS50 front, you will need a new bonnet and latch.

If you want the XR50 front, you will need to buy the XR lights (send a PM to The Dok). When you say headlight covers, do you mean the spectacle type ones that fit over the front of the headlight surrounds - if so, then thesa ren't standard anyway. The XR50 bar will fit all utes with no need for a new bonnet.
