Question Body Kits on ebay

Hey Peeps

Just wondering if anyone has bought a body kit off Phat Custom Kits on ebay.

They're located in Dandenong Vic.

Ive heard of people buying kits cheap from shops on ebay, and they have turned out to be rubbish quality.

Thanks for your help!

I personally bought a kit from awc fibresports which was good compared to the phat customs one in the above link. Unfortunately it was poorly fitted and still cracked.

havent heard of one good story come out of that place.
AWC seem to be still pretty good, I got mine from Blits on the gold coast. Perfect fit and my panel beater said the quality was great. Havent had any cracks or anything with it since its been on the car and its bottomed out on the front quite a few times because of my old driveway being Mt Everest

As a comparison to the kit in the link this is the front bar I received from awc. There wasn't any real work required. Just smoothing the edges, paint, and fit.

Ive bought from AWC before, I know they're good. But I dont think they have the kit im interested in.

Looking at the BA GT kit for the AU - I want something different to update my 11yr old car.... its either this or sell it for virtually nothing :P

My Tickford kit is SSV, and it had pinholes, cracks and needed some work to fit.

My bonnet, grill and wing are from AWC and both times they matched the paint without my car and sent me perfect products. That was back when Falkeen was there though, so a few years ago.... no idea runs the company now.

Looks like if theres no kits around, i might just get mine repaired.

Besides AWC and SSV, Can anyone suggest some other good places to shop around a bit?

I know the phat custom kits is the only joint that do that sexy GT kit for Au's. My mate got an ELXR/F6 front bar and its not to bad. but I've also heard of a few people having heaps of problems with them.
