Default workshop in sydney

hi guys
im trying to get some work done to my falcon
are there any workshops in sydney that could possibly do them that are genuine and budgeted. the car is a ba ford 2004 xt

what i want done are

heavy duty clutch installed
FPV steering wheel put in
LSD installed ratio 3.7
Cams installation
Flash tuned.

or perhaps a general mechanic that could do these
