Hi Simon, If you're still looking for printers, I've had a few good experiences with a couple of different companies through my job that do this sort of work. Sorry I don't have numbers but should be easy enough to look up, they probably have websites anyway.

Aridzone in South Melbourne - cheap but decent quality, service is good but not great.

Powersource Promotions - not cheap, but quality and service is absolutely top notch, have used them many many times.

One Print Global (I think they also go by C The Difference) - VERY competitive pricing and very professional. Haven't had work done by them yet, but so far have been impressed.
