So putting the XR8 opn gas was not necessarily because it was thirstier, per se, but because it is my daily driver, so it made sense to put gas on the car I use to rack up 300-400km per week. The thirst factor did come into it, but not as much as you might think. The gas would never pay for itself on a car we are lucky to use for 5000km per year (the wagon).

The benefits of being a mature aged rev-head, less than $800 for the XR8.

Maybe you just need to buy something cheap to start with (EB Fairmont V8!! )and don't bother with full-comp .. or doesn't that work anymore? |

yeah insurane SUCKS!!! i'm paying 2500 a year for a 99 forte V8 only insured for 12k, i've had it for bout six months and i'm alredy looking to get rid of it for a '02 TE/TS50 i'm just sick of having auto cars!!! i'll have to wait at least 6-9 months for an upgrade though arghhh, another quick one wat r TE50's and TS's going for these days. im willing to pay more insurance for a $20k-$30k car.
