I joined as my wife has 2012 ford focus trend hatchback, just recently the front power windows have stopped working, checked all the fuses, changed to new ones just in case, still no go, changed the Master control panel, still no luck??? is there something I am missing, like another control panel or something?? next thing is pull the door panel and check the motors, just seems strange both front windows stopped at the same time? any help greatly appreciated

That is pretty odd. The passenger side is possibly slaved from the driver’s door unless they’re on a CAN network and both doors have a control module.
If you can get access to a better diagnostic tool, it may be possible to perform actuator tests on each window motor. |
