Default Seatbelt repair

Just had 3 seatbelts redone through Seatbelt Solutions in Welshpool, have to say great service and great price compared to new.

I could have purchased 2 new seatbelts for my 2010 Canter but because they are air bag pretensioner belts the RH was $1200 odd, the passenger was $800 odd.
To have both re-webbed was only $340 and were done within hours, I also had a current shape Mini belt done, non pretensioner for $150, Canter was grey webbing the mini was black, very happy with the result and they come with certification that they comply with Australian ADR.

Hope it helps anyone thinking of getting some done.

Are you sure it wasn’t trade price? At $170 apiece plus post, I’d have mine re-webbed for sure.

Does this fix the retractors not pulling back in? I might send my Caprice ones off to get fixed, its been one of those 'I should get that fixed' things for about 5 years

Nope just off the street price, I had heard of them, but have never used them before, they do a express post service you just pop yours into a express post bag with your contact details and a spare self address express bag, they will call you for payment and post it back once done.

Pretty sure they do a full recondition service as my son asked about his 180 sx ones that have exploded in the sun and they said they could, worth a email Info@seatbeltsolutions.com.au or phone call 08 9258 3666.

Territory belt en route to Welshpool as of this morning, Seatbelt Solutions are easy to speak with and transparent in pricing.

This was a belt which absolutely deserved a canary - I never mentioned it in the build thread in case of lurkers. Will add a new post when it’s back.

Seatbelt is back.

The stitching seems neat, colour a good match, it returned thoughtfully packed with tax invoice, individual certificate of conformity plus chit from their card sales terminal. In all I paid $184, that was $150 to Seatbelt Solutions and $34 in Express Post packaging.
Niggles: I needed to follow up with them to get it paid and out the door - had expected a call. Also Oz Post, lodged Welshpool last Thursday and delivered in Sydney today - not very “Express”.

Would I use the services of Seatbelt Solutions again? Yes, definitely. Credit to PJ for promoting them here in the first place.

I thought there would be a place in most states that do this service, so I did a check, there is :

Seatbelt king 1b Macbeth Street, Braeside, VIC 3195 0407 338 127
Aircraft interiors 27 Raymond Ave, Bayswater WA 6053 (08) 9379 8113
Autolux 52 Hampstead Rd, Auburn NSW 2144 (02) 9748 1666 also 103 Batt St, Penrith NSW 2750 (02) 4721 9888
Seat safe 3/120 Gardens Drive Willawong QLD 4110 (07) 3137 0044

and there are others, these were just the first few that came up, I'm sure they would offer similar services.

I'd be inclined to stick to the place in this thread because we've had two people here who have received good service - worth the peace of mind.
