Well done to GTP 738 for again dropping another 2 tenths off with some edit tweeks and great driving tonight to run a 13.2 @ nearly 107 mph. That would have to make the Fastest BOSS car with standard headers, exhaust, cats, clutch ect in the country ??? Good driving mate

Thats some great Figures there Matt...great times on all the points on the timeslip!

Your 60' time was great, was it on the original tyres..which would make it even better! Goes to show how much quicker you become with a decent 60' time

Next time out you will run a 12 i'de reckon, lower that 60' even more...even on a colder night. If not you'll crack it with some headers lobbed on easily!

i want this car into the 12's with factory headers if i can. Thats been the aim from the start. I think we can HOPEFULY get it there. No nittos on this thing mate. 245's street rubber all the way.

I think it just shows the potential of a well drivin, tuned BA BOSS. Like ivebeen trying to say, this is just the begining, this car hasnt even seen a dyno yet. Wait till a certain Doc hands me his keys of a certain grey ghost ive been playing on, and then theres my car... Lets just say that 13.9 i did before edit will be made to look pretty dismal.

Any time a car can drop 3 tenths and only drop .5 mph when the 60 ft drops from a 2.2 to a 1.9 it shows the cars making more power straight away aswell as the fact that it was stronger off the line. If ppl dont understand that wheel spin induces higher mph.. tyre hook up with lower 60's will drop the mph.

P.S Matt , That was some awesome driving mate.

It's all happening in the west, Perth to be exact. There's certainly nothing goin on in Sydney, except for the rain. Simon is the main man, not to mention the driver of that GTP...oh and the GTP itself. Guys. that's a great effort, the sort of effort that just inspires us other revheads to do the same, keep it up.

Hi Craig,
When you going back to WSID?
Let me know and I will come and watch or participate.
My ute has been at the dealer for a week, dunno when I get it back.
They put a new computer in it but can't reprogramme it.
Got your new tune yet?

C Ya,

Chris

I think it just shows the potential of a well drivin, tuned BA BOSS. Like ivebeen trying to say, this is just the begining, this car hasnt even seen a dyno yet. Wait till a certain Doc hands me his keys of a certain grey ghost ive been playing on, and then theres my car... Lets just say that 13.9 i did before edit will be made to look pretty dismal.

Well done Simon.

I will have to look into the edit if I ever get the ute back.
Are you going to be exporting your tunes based on YOUR R & D, to the Eastern states or is it going to be an individual thing for the lucky ones over there.
As Craig said there doesn't seem to be anyone over here putting in the effort.

Cheers,

Chris

My ute has been at the dealer for a week, dunno when I get it back.
They put a new computer in it but can't reprogramme it.
Got your new tune yet?

C Ya,

Chris

Hello Chris,
Your computer dramas just don't want to end do they? Hoping to get back to the creek in a few weeks, this rain has made it unpredictable. I think I'll wait a while for a retune of the edit, maybe even drive to Perth.......
