Default issue with Ebay seller

I'm looking through Ebay and saw add for slotted rotors and the picture was of generic non slotted rotor so I emailed him to ask to see photo of proper rotor. He obliged and now has correct photo on his add. Now the issue is he advertises these as suiting Au 1998 on but the specs (thickness) of rotor only suit Au not AUII or AUIII. see
