Yeah sounds like it is standard procedure to try and get out of coughing up the $
If you didn't have comprehensive insurance then where would you be? Probably talking to and paying a lawyer....or having to pay for the damage yourself Lesson for all in having comprehensive insurance for just this sort of accident... |
