We've just had to say goodbye to the most gorgeous, loving, selfless creature, it will ever be my good fortune to know.
His unfailing love and devotion, and sheer joy of living, sustained him and us far longer than we had any right to expect. Goodbye my precious boy Jasper. Run free. I believe that you are in heaven now, and I can only hope to join you some day. My heart is destroyed. I cannot bear to say goodbye. You have given me so much unconditional love and devotion.
