Default Installing AUII Fairlane seats into AU Falcon Ute

I'm going to swap the seats from my AUII Fairlane parts fonor to my brothers series I AU XR6 ute. I'd just like to know if there's anything I need to be mindful of in doing this, or any traps I haven't thought if.

I've already removed the drivers seat, it has one plug for the electrical adjustment and the yellow plug for the pret tensioner in the seatbelt. I believe that given the Ute is a series 1 it lacks pretensioners, am I right to leave this unplugged or do I need to remove the pretensioner mechanism?

Secondly, to get a power feed for the seat, what's the best option for this? Is it simply a straight 12 volt power supply, there's already a subwoofer with it's own power supply installed, we were considering tapping into that power feed if there's not already a power supply readily available.

Are there any other issues I'm likely to run into here, I assume the mounting points are the same, it will just me a matter of giving the seats electrical power?
