As per title, is sound or speed more important to you when buying a new or used car, and where your $$ go when modifying?
I find it interesting. To me I find the sound of a car gives me more enjoyment than speed, especially for daily drivers. I love performance cars, but for me the sound of a car (especially V8 or similar) is a real part of the driving experience. Hence I could easily live with a slower car that sounded loud/great. But a faster and quiet/poor sounding car generally bores me quickly. A few people I know are exactly the opposite though, keeping their car very quiet but spend big $$ to make it go faster, and faster again. It always makes me scratch my head, but of course each to their own! So what do you place higher priority on? Last edited by MercuryT; 25-07-2014 at 02:59 PM. |
