For those that know their audio

Did not know where to post this so I figured this would be a decent place to start. Ive finally finished installing all my audio equipment including JVC headunit, JBL cross overs for the front and OA amp for them. Being the first time i've ever had tweeters i've never known how they sound etc. However they have a constant static distortion sound sound coming from them always.
On higher/mid range volumes I cant hear it but I know its there.

Is it just the way my amps tuned at the moment or is this normal operation of tweeters.
