Default AN adrenalin-fuelled weekend joyride found a soggy, watery grave - NICE PARKING LOL

oppsee

AN adrenalin-fuelled weekend joyride found a soggy, watery grave.

The driver of this late model maroon Ford Falcon Fairmont, bogged to the axles at Torquay's Whites Beach, faces a heavy hit at the hip pocket.

The 19-year-old Wandana Heights man took his Falcon on a two-kilometre stretch of beach before becoming bogged and abandoning the vehicle.

By this morning, waves were crashing over the sedan, filling it two-thirds with water.

Surfers maneuvered their way around the car, which swayed in the tide 20 metres from the sand dunes, while dozens watched on.

Police said walkers found the man’s car, abandoned in early hours of the morning, about 11am today.

Leading Senior Constable Andrew Gough said the man would be charged, with fines pending.

At least the paper for once ddidnt use the HOON tag
