Default Child Restraint Anchor Points

Hi, I might be getting away with getting another classic as a second vehicle when the main one is being used.
I'm hoping to be allowed to get a cortina station wagon so I can pack the kids in it.
Now child restraint anchor points, when on earth did they come out? does any cortina models have them and if not what do you do to put them in ie some creative brackets or creative welding or does it need to be done by a verified guy and go through some inspection?
How much does it usually cost if it does need to go through an expert, as I know if it's too much my wife will end up making me get a 92 magna wagon or something that lame.
