If it was sold at a farm clearing public auction
Highly doubtfull it would have been stolen
It would have a clear title as mentioned previous
Usually there are time limits for removal of purchases
Im sure they are not 9 years

If it was on the farm when bought and been sitting there 9 years
The previous owner is never comin back
Mentioned previous

Storage places charge anywhere from $5 to $15 a day storage
Times than by 365 , then by 9
Thats a lot more than what its current value is of say $5K

I bought some chevy utes from a similar auction 5 years ago, seemed good at the time but frieght was around $700 each,(bought 4)
So the cost far out wieghed the purchase
So they stayed there,im not chasin em up
There would be costs involved and frieght would be more

Ad in the local paper, see what happens
Could also charge the cars value for storage
