Ive had rocks thrown at my car once, not even a scratch which is why I never took it further. But I did stop the car, rev it and turn around. Never seen kids run so fast That was a street I passed through everyday too, never even saw them out the front of their house again.

Basically if my car was damaged by this sort of thing, the parents will suffer the financial burden of paying for it. If they cant care less about what their kids do, then they can do it with empty wallets.
