Default 302 Windsor Head Identification

Hi, i have recently bought a 68 XT which i am restoring, it has a pretty worked 302 in it.

I am trying to work out what heads it has on it. I was told they were 4v. since the engine has been just rebuilt, I am reluctant to take the heads off to find the casting marks.

on the top between the rockers it says 302 and on the other flat where it usually says 2v or 4v it just has the letter B.

can anyone help me with identifying them or is there any other way to tell without removing the heads.

Thanks, Adam
