Does anyone know why or when Ford stopped putting the blue oval on cars? And why they started again (worldwide).
I know early Fords (model T, A etc) had the blue oval badge, and of course new Fords do, (Re introduced in 1977 on Cortina and Escort, back on Falcons etc in 78) So why did they stop and why did they start again? Also how did the "Red Oval" come about; in the UK only i believe. |
