Default Exhausts and CAI's (EGAS Series 3 AU)

Ok folks, the old man is about to move up north for 12 months, and hes leaving me his ute for a while till he decides what to do with it.

Will be nice to have a Daily and take the Barge off the road for a while.

Its a AU S3 Egas with 200 000ks on the clock, and the economy is a lil to high for a gas model.

I was thinking of getting the BA XR6T/XR8 CAI setup and a BA box, and installing it, as well as the Turbo Catback exhaust system from a BA Ute. so two questions here,

Will the extra in/out of air disrupt the Gas system, and will the Catback system Fit from BA ute to AU ute?

Cheers

Mick
