Iphone calender App that shows full screen ?

Hi all.

My wife and I are both Android users. We love the fact that you can dedicate a full screen to a calender app, and sync with google calender...

Can you get an App for Iphone 4 that shows the full screen as the calender ( week view or task view ) A few people have told me that you can only have the Calender Icon and then you have to click that to go to the actual calender.

I would like to have a calender always on a full screen....

Any ideas ?
