Default Low Coolant Indicator

G'day guys,

Anyone else had problems with the Low Coolant Indicator on the instrument panels. I had the damn thing come on when the coolant tank is full damn thing was only serviced 2000kms ago.... only thing I did notice upon visual inspection was the plastic centre of the coolant cap slightly lifting could this cause the low coolant indicator to come on?

Cheers
Chris
