FFS we are talking about a black mark on a bit of bitumen here not rape/assult/fraud... and id be very suprised if it was HIS black marks 7 months on.....as others have said, he should have kept his mouth shut.
He could have done it anywhere but he still posted it on Youtube!!

For the fear of reprisal, I wont even put footage of my mates and i doing burnouts from past competition's, where it can be done "legally". 1 coz i dont have video editing equipment to remove our No. Plates and 2 why give the law or anyone for that matter a leg to stand on.
