Default air-con light bulb

I headed over to the au website but couldnt find any info on this and was wondering if anyone could help out. I have removed the cd player and got a new bulb. I saw 2 screws in there behind the cd player and took them out now I can't find what to do next or what else there is to remove it all feels like its held in preety tight. Any idea on how to get it all out?

Also I got the air con light bulb and all it has is a plastic orange sleve over it. I was wondering would it be possible to get a blue sleve for it? If so do you think it will work any good. I know autobarn and that sell them but im not sure if they are as small as the air con light.
